I actually like it well enough in certain instances. Those instances, however, are few and far between. This may be really good to fall asleep to, but I can’t really see myself listening to it otherwise. Perhaps if the majority of the songs were more animated, if the singer had more energy (passion?) in his delivery, I’d have a different opinion. As it stands, this record sends me to la-la land, but not in a mean way. To me, this is entirely average in every aspect.
