Comment:You have to respect a band that has ”eighteen consecutive Top 40 singles in the United Kingdom, from their debut in 1977 to their breakup in 1982, including four number one hits.” It might have lost some replayability in my library over the past 30 years, but I can still dig it. the bass is the best part of the whole band. Some groovy lines walking behind almost every song. The guitar is disconnected and doesn’t fit the bass and drums a lot of the time. Its refreshing to hear a band driven this way though. The guitar is almost an afterthought. Not so big on the vocals. You should expect that from me by now though.
Best Songs: “Scrape Away”
